Our typical lead time is 5-10 working days after order confirmation, depending on order quantity and stock availability. We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, whether it's for domestic or international shipments.

5.What’s your package methods?

We offer a variety of abrasive packaging solutions to meet different shipping needs:

• 25 kg Bags (Paper or Plastic): Available in the following configurations:

  40 bags per big bag

  40 bags per pallet

  40 bags per pallet with carton box packaging

• Bulk Packaging: 1000 kg per bulk bag

• Steel Drum Packaging: 903 kg per steel drum, securely placed on pallets for safe transport and storage.

6.What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is one ton for all products, including cast steel shot, cast steel grit, and other abrasive products. If you need smaller quantities for trial or testing, please contact us, and we can discuss potential options for custom orders.

Yes, we offer free samples of our products for quality assessment. Samples are available in quantities up to 500 grams per product type, with a total sample weight not exceeding 10 kilograms. This allows you to evaluate the quality and suitability of our abrasives before making a larger order.
